Effective air conditioning, bicycle rental availability, artistic interior decor

Noise from neighboring rooms definitely needs addressing!!! The inconsistency in shower water temperature is very inconvenient, and some rooms have unpleasant odors. A little more attention to cleanliness in common areas would go a long way!!!
